These Group Programme Terms apply to all programmes, courses, memberships, group sessions, and group-based experiences delivered by JR Mindset Mastery Limited (“We”, “Us”).
By joining any group offering, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Business.
1. Nature of Group Work
Our group programmes provide mindset coaching, mentoring, hypnotherapy, breathwork, somatic practices, energy-based work, and guided transformation.
These are supportive, educational, and developmental, not therapeutic or clinical.
You are responsible for:
- your participation
- your emotional and physical wellbeing
- your engagement and use of materials
We do not provide crisis intervention or medical advice.
2. Group Behaviour & Conduct
To protect the safety and integrity of the group, you agree to:
- Participate respectfully with others.
- Maintain a non-judgmental environment.
- Avoid harassment, bullying, projection, or disruptive behaviour.
- Follow facilitator instructions during sessions.
- Not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
We reserve the right to remove you from the group without refund if your behaviour compromises the container.
3. Confidentiality & Community Safety
You agree to keep all group interactions confidential.
This means:
- No sharing other participants’ names, stories, or experiences.
- No screenshots, recordings, or saving chat logs.
- No redistribution of session replays or materials.
- No discussing other clients outside the group space.
This protects all participants and maintains psychological safety.
4. Contraindications & Suitability for Group Sessions
Some group sessions may involve breathwork, hypnosis, meditation, somatic practices, or deep reflective exercises.
You must NOT participate in such sessions if:
- You have unmanaged mental illness
- You are experiencing psychosis or dissociative episodes
- You have been told by a medical professional to avoid such practices
- You have epilepsy or certain cardiovascular conditions
- You are pregnant (for breathwork sessions requiring breath retention)
If unsure, seek medical advice before attending.
You must also avoid participating in deep practices while:
- driving
- supervising children
- bathing or being near water
-operating machinery
- in unsafe, distracting, or public environments
5. External Contributors & Shared Responsibility
Certain group sessions may be delivered or co-facilitated by guest experts or external practitioners. These facilitators are responsible for their own methods, boundaries, and professional standards.
JR Mindset Mastery does not guarantee the results of work delivered by third-party contributors and holds no liability for their professional practice.
Where appropriate, you may be asked to complete a separate consent or disclaimer form directly with the facilitator. You remain responsible for assessing your suitability to participate and for communicating any health concerns to both JR Mindset Mastery and the facilitator.
6. Group Structure & Your Access
Programme structures vary by offering and may include:
- Live calls
- Q&A sessions
- Voxer/Telegram support
- Pre-recorded modules
- Worksheets or exercises
- Guest sessions
- Replay access
All inclusions will be detailed on the relevant sales page.
Replay access may be time-limited and not guaranteed indefinitely.
We may update, improve, or refine content at our discretion.
6. Your Responsibilities in the Group
By joining the programme, you agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually where applicable
- Engage in exercises or reflective practices as invited
- Honour the emotional experiences of others
- Use the space responsibly and safely
- Notify us if you are experiencing distress or unsuitability
You remain responsible for applying the material appropriately to your own life.
7. In-Person Events
Where services are delivered in-person (e.g., workshops, retreats, or live experiences), you are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and wellbeing during attendance. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Some practices may involve breathwork, movement, or emotional release. You must assess your physical and mental suitability before participating and consult a medical professional if unsure.
By attending, you confirm you are fit to take part and understand JR Mindset Mastery cannot be held liable for injury or distress resulting from your participation.
8. Programme Community Guidelines (if applicable)
If your programme includes a Facebook, Telegram, Circle, or other community space, you agree to:
- Respect all members
- Avoid giving medical or diagnostic advice to others
- Avoid “fixing,” rescuing, or advising beyond your expertise
- Use the group for support, not crisis intervention
- Keep posts relevant to the programme topic
- Not promote unrelated services, products, or content
We may remove posts or members who breach these guidelines.
9. Your Data & Confidentiality
Your information will be treated in accordance with the JR Mindset Mastery Privacy Policy.
Messages, contributions, and interactions within the group may be visible to other participants.
Do not share anything you are not comfortable having witnessed by other group members.
We ask all participants to maintain confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee that every individual will uphold it.
10. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rights for group programmes are stated on the relevant sales page and are subject to UK consumer law.
Payment plans are not credit agreements and do not involve credit checks or interest.
Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds.
11. Rolling Membership & Payment Terms
Certain group programmes operate as a rolling 12-month membership with ongoing access and monthly payments. By joining such a programme, you agree to commit to the full 12-month term unless otherwise stated on the sign-up page.
Payment is taken monthly unless paid in full. This is not a “monthly subscription” - it is a payment plan for a 12-month contract. Early cancellation does not release you from outstanding payments unless agreed in writing.

12. Our Right to Amend or Remove Content
We may modify:
- session schedules
- guest speakers
- format or delivery method
- digital content
- community access
…to ensure programme quality.
Any significant changes will be communicated.
13. Our Right to Remove a Participant
We reserve the right to remove any participant who:
- breaches safety or behavioural guidelines
- compromises the wellbeing of others
- engages in abusive or harmful conduct
- misuses programme materialsrequires support beyond the scope of the group
Refunds will not be provided where removal is due to misconduct.
14. Disclaimer
You understand that:
- Results vary between participants
- You are responsible for your implementation
- Mindset work does not replace medical treatment
