TERMS OF BUSINESS
These Terms form the agreement between JR Mindset Mastery Limited (“We”, “Us”) and the Client (“You”).
By purchasing or participating in any Service, Programme, Session, Event, Membership, or Digital Product, you agree to these Terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are contracting with us as a consumer. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you must notify us prior to purchase so that the correct terms can apply.
1. Definitions
Services - Any 1:1 session, coaching, mentoring, hypnotherapy, breathwork, energy work, group programme, membership, or digital offering provided by Us.
Session - Any meeting delivered via video, audio, in-person, or pre-recorded content.
Programme / Membership - A structured group container, course, or ongoing community with live or pre-recorded elements.
Digital Product - Any downloadable or on-demand content.
Client Content - Any information you share via questionnaires, onboarding forms, messaging platforms, or sessions.
Intellectual Property (IP) - All materials, processes, recordings, templates, scripts, worksheets, and methods created or supplied by Us.
2. Our Services
We provide coaching, mentoring, energy sessions, intuitive work, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and group programmes.
These practices are complementary and supportive only.
Important
- Coaching, mentoring, breathwork, and energy practices are not regulated therapeutic services in the UK.
- Nothing provided constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, nutritional, or legal advice.
- You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing and decision-making.
3. Accessibility & Inclusivity
We are committed to ensuring all clients can access our services equitably.
You may request:
- alternative format materials (audio, larger text, transcript)
- reasonable adjustments for accessibility needs
- clarity on any processes before joining
- adapted session delivery where possible

We will confirm what is possible within the scope of our business.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behaviour in any group or programme environment.
4. Subcontractors & Guest Facilitators
From time to time, we may invite external facilitators, coaches, or practitioners to deliver specific elements of a session, programme, or retreat (for example, breathwork, hypnotherapy, or somatic practices). These professionals are carefully chosen but operate as independent providers.
While we ensure they meet appropriate standards of practice and professionalism, they are responsible for their own conduct, insurance, and any disclaimers required for their service.
You agree that JR Mindset Mastery is not liable for the actions, omissions, or outcomes of third-party facilitators not directly employed by us, even where their services are included within our programmes or events.
All external facilitators engaged by JR Mindset Mastery enter into separate written agreements governing their professional and legal responsibilities.
5. Client Suitability, Wellbeing & Safety
Mental Health & Medical Suitability
You must NOT participate in hypnotherapy, breathwork, deep somatic work, or guided visualisations if:
- you have unmanaged mental illness
- you are experiencing active psychosis
- you are in a dissociative episode
- you have been advised by a medical professional not to take part
- you are pregnant (for certain breathwork types)
- you have epilepsy, severe cardiovascular conditions, or conditions contraindicated for breathwork
If unsure, you must seek GP or specialist medical advice first.
Unsafe Environments
You must NOT participate in any session or replay involving:
- breathwork
- hypnosis
- deep meditation
- guided visualisation
- somatic release
while:
- driving
- operating machinery
- in the bath or water
- supervising children
- in public spaces where you cannot fully relax
Crisis Support
We are not a crisis service. If you are in danger, at risk, or require immediate help, you must contact:
- 999 (UK Emergency Services)
- Your GP
- NHS 111
- Your local mental health crisis team
We cannot provide emergency intervention.
6. Group Conduct & Confidentiality
Behaviour
To maintain safety, you agree to:
- engage respectfully
- avoid harassment, projection, or disruptive behaviour
- follow the facilitator’s instructions
- not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the group.
Confidentiality
You agree not to:
- share details of other participants
- screenshot or record sessions
- distribute recordings
- discuss private group interactions outside the container
This protects all participants.
Personal Information
We process your personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
7. In Person Events
Where services are delivered in-person (e.g., workshops, retreats, or live experiences), you are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and wellbeing during attendance. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Some practices may involve breathwork, movement, or emotional release. You must assess your physical and mental suitability before participating and consult a medical professional if unsure.
By attending, you confirm you are fit to take part and understand JR Mindset Mastery cannot be held liable for injury or distress resulting from your participation.
8. Questionnaires & Onboarding Forms
You agree to provide accurate and honest responses so we can assess suitability and tailor the delivery of services.
This includes sharing relevant health, wellbeing, or medication information where required - particularly for services such as hypnotherapy, breathwork, or somatic practices.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone service delivery if you do not provide the information we reasonably require to assess your suitability or ensure your safety.
Any information you choose to share is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of any disclosures you make.
9. Intellectual Property & Recordings
- All content created by Us remains Our intellectual property.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access materials for your own use only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or teach our material commercially without written permission.
Recordings (where provided) are for your use only and must not be shared.
10. Payments & Cancellations
Payments
- Payments must be made in full unless a payment plan is agreed.
- Late payments may result in suspension of access.
- Interest may apply to overdue amounts (4% per annum or statutory max).
Payment plans provided by JR Mindset Mastery are not credit agreements and have no impact on your credit rating. No interest is charged, and no credit checks are undertaken.
Refunds
Refunds follow UK consumer law and are set out separately for:
- group programmes
- 1:1 sessions
- digital products
Where a 14-day cancellation right applies, this will be stated on the purchase page.
For digital downloads, you waive this right if immediate access is provided.
Missed Sessions
No refunds or rescheduled sessions are provided for non-attendance unless agreed in writing.
11. Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you breach safety guidelines
- you engage in harmful or abusive behaviour
- payments are outstanding
- you misuse or redistribute our material
- you require support beyond our expertise or scope
We will refund remaining services not delivered unless the termination is due to misconduct.
