(Supplemental to the JR Mindset Mastery Master Terms of Business)
This Agreement applies to participation in any in-person workshop, retreat, live experience, or multi-day event organised by JR Mindset Mastery Limited (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By purchasing or attending an in-person event, you confirm that you have read and agree to:
· the Master Terms of Business
· the Privacy Policy
· this In-Person Event Participation Agreement
If there is any conflict between documents, this Event Agreement will apply specifically to the in-person event.
Event Participation
Our in-person events are designed to support personal development, self-reflection, mindset expansion and self-led transformation.
Depending on the event, sessions may include:
· coaching or mentoring
· breathwork or somatic practices
· hypnotherapy or guided visualisation
· meditation or reflective exercises
· group discussions or personal sharing
· light movement or grounding practices
Participation in all activities is voluntary. You may choose not to participate in any exercise.
Some elements of the event may be delivered by guest facilitators or practitioners who operate as independent professionals.
Where external facilitators contribute to the event, they remain responsible for the delivery of their own professional services and for maintaining appropriate professional standards and insurance.
You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and decision-making throughout the event.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate in this environment voluntarily and with personal responsibility for your experience.
Health & Personal Responsibility
Our events are not medical or therapeutic treatment and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Facilitators and organisers are not acting as medical professionals, therapists, or crisis support providers. Any guidance provided during the event is offered within the context of personal development practices only.
By attending the event, you confirm that:
· you are physically and mentally able to participate
· you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions if requested
· you will seek medical advice before attending if you are unsure about suitability
You must not participate in breathwork, hypnotherapy, or deep somatic practices if you have conditions that may be contraindicated for these practices unless you have first obtained appropriate medical advice.
You are responsible for managing your own health needs during the event, including medication, hydration, rest, and personal care.
Participants remain responsible for their wellbeing throughout the event and are encouraged to take breaks or step away from activities where needed.
Accessibility
Participants are encouraged to inform us in advance of any accessibility requirements, health considerations, or support needs that may help them participate comfortably in the event.
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such needs where possible, participants remain responsible for determining whether the event is suitable for their individual circumstances.
Medical Assistance
If a participant requires medical assistance during the event, we may contact appropriate emergency services where reasonably necessary to ensure the participant’s safety and wellbeing.
Participants remain responsible for any medical costs that may arise from such assistance.
Participant Wellbeing & Early Departure
Our events are designed to support personal reflection and growth. For some participants this process may involve emotional insight or temporary discomfort as part of their experience.
Participants remain responsible for monitoring their own wellbeing throughout the event.
You are encouraged to take breaks, step away from activities, or speak with a facilitator if you feel overwhelmed or require additional space.
If a participant chooses to leave the event early for personal reasons, or if we reasonably believe that continued participation would not be in the participant’s best interests or the wellbeing of the group, we may recommend that the participant step away from part or all of the event.
Where a participant withdraws from the event after it has begun, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the event.
Activities & Assumption of Risk
Some activities may involve emotional processing, breathwork, meditation, or gentle movement.
While these practices are commonly used within personal development environments, they can sometimes result in:
· emotional release
· temporary discomfort
· physical sensations associated with breathwork or somatic practices
By attending the event you acknowledge that:
· you participate voluntarily
· you accept responsibility for how you engage in activities
· you will stop participation if something feels unsafe or unsuitable for you
Our facilitators may provide guidance during practices, but you remain responsible for your own physical and emotional limits.
Nature of Personal Development Work
The activities delivered during the event are intended to support personal insight, reflection, and self-development.
These processes may involve exploring personal beliefs, emotions, and patterns. For some participants this can lead to meaningful insight and positive change, while for others it may raise emotions or perspectives that require further personal integration.
By choosing to participate in the event, you acknowledge that personal development work is a self-led process, and outcomes will vary between individuals.
JR Mindset Mastery does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, or professional outcomes from participation.
Participants remain responsible for their own interpretation of the experience and any decisions they make following the event.
Where deeper support is required, participants may wish to seek appropriate professional advice or therapeutic support outside the event environment.
Venue & Accommodation
Where events are held at a third-party venue, the venue operates independently from JR Mindset Mastery.
The venue may provide services such as:
· accommodation
· catering
· event facilities
· access to shared spaces
JR Mindset Mastery is not responsible for the operation, safety, or management of venue services.
Any concerns relating to accommodation, catering, or venue facilities should be raised directly with the venue provider where appropriate.
You remain responsible for:
· your travel arrangements
· accommodation unless explicitly included in the event
· the safety and security of your personal belongings during the event
JR Mindset Mastery cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the event venue.
Participant Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all participants agree to:
· treat others with respect
· maintain confidentiality within the group
· follow facilitator instructions during practices
· avoid disruptive behaviour
Participants must not attend sessions while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Participants acknowledge that group environments can involve a range of perspectives, experiences, and personal interactions.
While we aim to maintain a respectful and supportive environment, JR Mindset Mastery cannot be responsible for interpersonal dynamics or disagreements that may arise between participants.
Participants remain responsible for their own communication and boundaries within the group environment.
Where behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of the group, we reserve the right to remove a participant from the event.
No refund will be provided where removal occurs due to misconduct or safety concerns.
Participants may choose to form personal or professional relationships with other attendees during or after the event.
JR Mindset Mastery is not responsible for any agreements, collaborations, or personal relationships that arise between participants as a result of attending the event.
Confidentiality & Group Space

You agree not to:
· disclose personal stories shared by other participants

This supports a safe and confidential environment for all participants.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify us prior to the event or inform the facilitator during the event.
We will respect reasonable requests wherever possible.
Event Changes
Occasionally it may be necessary to make adjustments to an event.
This may include:
· minor changes to the schedule
· substitution of facilitators
· adjustments to session format
The schedule and content of the event may evolve in response to the needs of the group or practical considerations during the retreat.
Any such adjustments will be made with the intention of supporting the overall integrity and safety of the event experience.
Where significant changes are required due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify participants as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellation & Force Majeure

30–60 days before the event - You may cancel your place and receive a 50% refund of the event fee.
Less than 30 days before the event - Refunds are not available, as event costs will have already been committed.

Failure to Attend
If you do not attend the event or withdraw once the event has begun, refunds cannot be provided.
Payment Plans
Where a payment plan has been agreed, the full event fee remains payable even if you choose not to attend.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the event, we will notify participants as soon as reasonably possible.

JR Mindset Mastery is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

This may include, but is not limited to:
· natural disasters
· severe weather
· venue closure or damage
· illness of a key facilitator
· travel disruption
· government restrictions or public health measures
· other unforeseen events outside our control.
Where such circumstances arise, we will make reasonable efforts to:
· reschedule the event, or
· offer an alternative delivery format where appropriate.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer a refund of the event fee paid, excluding any third-party costs already incurred where permitted by law.

Participation in the event is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
· JR Mindset Mastery is not responsible for personal decisions or outcomes resulting from participation
· we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
· we are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the event
